Know Before You Go
A Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area (DORA) is a state-approved zone where you can legally carry an open alcoholic drink purchased from a participating bar and keep sipping it as you walk the street. Adams Street has a DORA designation, which means you can grab a drink at any participating venue and enjoy it outdoors within the DORA boundaries during the festival!
Your drink must be purchased from a DORA-designated bar on Adams Street. You cannot bring in drinks from outside the zone. All drinks must be served in the official DORA-labeled plastic cup (no glass). You may carry your open drink anywhere within the designated outdoor area, but you cannot take it into a different bar's premises. Keep it legal, keep it fun!
